Student Life and Career Pathways Coordinator, Student Services
Leah is Métis and works, lives, and plays on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples while holding a position as the Student Life and Career Pathways Coordinator at First Nations Technology Council. Leah brings her passion for working towards reconciliation for all Indigenous peoples in her role and provides leadership, coordination of services, and career pathway opportunities for students while on their learning journeys.
Leah Bartko is dynamic and strategic communication, marketing and Indigenous relations specialist who has worked for several years with Indigenous communities through Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia in both federal government and private sectors creating meaningful partnerships, conflict resolution strategies and public engagement initiatives. Leah looks forward to evolving at the council and believes the foundation to success is cultivating meaningful and respectful relationships with all living things.
