About Lindsay

As the Manager, Research Projects at the First Nations Technology Council, Lindsay leads the planning and implementation of research initiatives supporting First Nations communities across British Columbia. A significant focus of her work is knowledge translation, ensuring research findings are accessible and actionable for diverse audiences, including governments, First Nations leadership, and community stakeholders.

Prior to joining the Technology Council, Lindsay worked in various research roles at a place-based funder in England. There, she focused on sharing research insights to influence better, community-led practices and collaborated closely with grassroots organizations to enhance their capabilities and sustainability. This experience deepened her commitment to fostering collaborative, evidence-based solutions that prioritize the needs and voices of communities.

Based on the traditional and unceded territories of the Lekwungen people, Lindsay is passionate about leveraging research and technology to drive meaningful, community-centred change.
