Vanja (VJ) Terzic teaches computer basics and professional practice and works as a consultant and business instructor. He appreciates the connections he makes with learners and the communities he has been proud to serve in.
VJ has more than 10 years of experience in the energy sector within Canada, with an emphasis on project management and business development. While completing his MBA at UBC, he piloted a program delivering entrepreneurship business training to Indigenous communities in BC. He has also volunteered as a business instructor delivering content to students in Nairobi, Kenya and continues to volunteer as with Junior Achievement BC to develop financial literacy skills in youth across BC. Currently, VJ also supports RADIUS, SFU’s social innovation hub, as Incubation Programs Manager to help nurture radical ideas into useful solutions.
When not hard at work, VJ can be found playing basketball at Kits beach, hiking the local mountains, or getting lost in a book.
